In the coming months, we will be sharing a series of blogs that focus on people who are willing to share their first-hand experience of the value that Nemadji’s solutions have provided the hospital(s) they have worked with us at.
The fourth blog in this series comes from Maureen Moreno, Assistant Vice President, Revenue Cycle and the team at Nuvance Health.
Legacy Western Connecticut Health Network has been working with Nemadji for many years. As our Network has grown, we have engaged Nemadji to service additional facilities. The Nemadji team has been a pleasure to work with throughout the years.
What’s Different About Nemadji?
Throughout our working relationship, Nemadji has been efficient, consistent, friendly and always available. It is nice to work with a vendor who consistently maintains our relationship by seeking ways to support us through their services and understanding our goals as a healthcare network.
Their team is always looking for our feedback and inquiries on how they can continue to service our needs. Their continuous commitment to seeking information shows they care and want to go above and beyond.
What Value Did Nemadji Bring to Your Hospital and Team?
Their services help reduce our bad debt turnover by identifying insurance which may have otherwise been overlooked and eventually deemed uncollectible if the patient failed to provide it.
Nemadji’s reports have helped us analyze, track and trend issues which gave us an opportunity to identify areas where internal retraining was needed as well as update training materials for new hires.
Check back next month for another success story.
