Nemadji’s 3nd Annual PAM Week Recognition Program

The 2022 theme is ‘Empowering Opportunity.’

In honor of National Patient Account Management (PAM) Week, Nemadji is taking nominations to recognize outstanding patient account management staff.

According to AAHAM, PAM Week is “a special week to honor those special people involved in healthcare administrative management”–and that’s exactly what we intend to do with our annual recognition program.

All nominees will receive a Nemadji care package, while one randomly selected winner will receive a $200 Visa Gift Card or a $200 donation to the charity of their choice.

If there’s anyone at your hospital that you’d like to recognize for outstanding performance and contribution to your team, please fill out the form below.

The deadline to submit nominations is October 12th.

All nominees will be recognized on Nemadji’s LinkedIn page during PAM week, with the winner being announced on Friday, October 21st.

We look forward to your nominations and recognizing your outstanding team members!

Joulissa Acuna, Sr. Insurance Verification Representative at University of Miami Health System was named winner this year!

Joulissa is a wonderful asset to our Bascom Palmer insurance verification team. She is dependable, goes above and beyond to obtain an authorization, and is always willing to assist her teammates when needed.

In the past week alone, she has received three emailed compliments–one from a physician and two from patients. In the physician’s email, he stated, “You are like a superhero from the movies! But for real! You never give up, I am very impressed!”

In the patient email, some quotes are as follows: “She is an excellent worker, responsible, serious and very kind,” and “I can’t say enough about what a wonderful asset Joulissa is to Dr. Correa’s office. She not only gets it done but stays on top of it until it is done. She makes me feel like I am the only one she is dealing with at the time.”

Thank you to everyone who submitted nominations–we look forward to hearing from you again next year!
