Bill Eikost, FHFMA
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Bill Eikost has been part of the Nemadji team for nearly six years, serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. During those six years, he has been an invaluable asset responsible for forging and maintaining long-term client relationships and national accounts, as well as strengthening strategic partnerships.
As a respected member of the healthcare revenue cycle industry, Bill has the ability to learn from providers what their struggles and pain points are and come up with serviceable solutions. His tenure in this space has earned him a reputation as someone who is trustworthy, passionate and reliable.
Prior to joining the Nemadji team, Bill was Executive Director of Business Development at Convergent Revenue Cycle Management, Inc. (formerly AHC, Inc.).
Bill has spent the last 30 years helping hospitals identify ways to improve cash flow and accelerate collections from all available sources. He is a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and a recent Past President of the Georgia Chapter of HFMA. He continues to serve the chapter as well as having served as a member of the chapter’s 2.0 Steering Committee with National HFMA.
Director of Sales
TJ Salo is the Director of Sales at Nemadji, bringing more than 17 years of experience in sales planning and negotiating, business development, customer relationship management, and team leadership. In this role TJ supervises the Regional Sales Directors and oversees partner relationships, including GPOs.
TJ excels in cross-functional collaboration, team building and nurturing, creating personal relationships with his customers, and going above and beyond to find a solution to solve their challenges. He works closely with marketing and operations to implement sales strategies that reach prospects that would benefit from Nemadji’s services.
Prior to joining Nemadji, TJ was the Director of Sales at Acendas Travel where he helped lead the national sales team that drove a 35% increase in sales within his first year. Before joining Acendas, TJ was the Director of Sales at Sun Country Airlines for nine years. While at Sun Country he developed sales strategies that delivered double-digit growth for the sales team and opened many lines of new business. He was a point person for the CEO and was one who could get things done.
TJ has experience working with all C-level executives, ranging from mid-size to large institutions. He thrives when he can provide solutions to his partners. As an active member of HFMA, he regularly attends conferences across the country.
Regional Director of Sales
Ken Castinado is a Regional Sales Director at Nemadji who oversees the Midwest Region and the Vizient Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) relationship. He has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare sales and leadership, including military healthcare. He has extensive knowledge in the healthcare IT space and working with GPOs. Ken also has nationwide experience in key IDNs and systems
Ken takes a simple but effective approach to sales and leadership, focusing on client development, the sales process, and team building, while driving growth to fill the sales pipeline. He has a strong executive-level demeanor with the ability to sell and develop relationships with C-Suite and Board members.
During his tenure as a sales leader, Ken worked in various sales positions with national and international companies such as CURIS Advisors, M*Modal, Vizient / VHA / Novation and Z3 Graphix.
Ken began his career in the Army, National Guard as a Field Medic. After 11 years he went to Officer Candidate School (OCS) and became a Medical Operations and Logistics Officer where, among other duties, he managed and developed a team of 40 soldiers. He was the Officer in Charge (OIC) of the medical distribution point for all medical supplies and pharmaceuticals while on deployment for Operation Hurricane Katrina. He served in the military for 26 years before retiring in 2007.
Ken received his BS from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Rob Feldman, MSHSA
Regional Director of Sales
Rob Feldman is a Regional Sales Director at Nemadji who oversees the southern and northeastern regions of the Unites States. He has more than 30 years of revenue cycle healthcare experience, serving as a trusted advisor for clients such Columbia University, University of Miami, and Henry Ford Healthcare Systems. He has enjoyed great experience in the entrepreneurial setting having launched two revenue cycle companies organically with great success.
With a skillset more congruent with consultative business development, Rob commenced his career as a Revenue Cycle Director. He was in this role for ten years and understands the many challenges that revenue cycle managers face, and how to resolve them. Enthusiastic and value-driven, Rob excels at client management and relationship nurturing.
Rob has experience working with ‘C’ and ‘VP’ level executives in the complete continuum of health providers, ranging from mid-size medical groups to large academic institutions and systems.
Prior to joining Nemadji, Rob was the Director of RCS Sales and Business Development at MAP Health Management where he helped lead a sales team of seven for this start-up RCM company. Before joining MAP, he held various roles at Virtual Revenue Solutions, Emdeon, and launched Healthcare Financial Systems where he grew the business for this RCM project management company from a start-up phase to a national presence in the marketplace. He also has entrepreneurial experience outside of the RCM industry; Rob is a Board Certified Pedorthist and owns two Foot Solutions stores and Feldman Pedorthics.
Rob received his B.B.A. from the University of Florida and his M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of HFMA and MHMA, and is Executive Director for Healthcare Business Consortium.
